Consideration of Proposals to Use Company Identity

Kansas City Southern's (KCS) practice with respect to the use of its identity is to cooperate with legitimate film production companies, television studios, Internet web site designers, co-marketers, historians, advertising agencies and other interested parties, as a means of encouraging positive visibility for KCS to the public. Parties interested in submitting a proposal should complete the form and agreement below.

1.	Please describe in detail what KCS property you wish to use (for example, the name "Kansas City Southern", the KCS logo, an image or textual work):
2.	If you are requesting use of a textual, visual, or audiovisual work, please describe exactly what work you wish to use, including, if applicable, by providing the URL for a website on which such material appears.
3.	Please describe in detail how you intend to use the KCS property for which you are requesting permission.
4.	Do you plan to sell or otherwise distribute products or services incorporating the KCS property for which you are requesting permission? Yes   No
5.	If you answered yes to question 4, please describe the product or service you intend to sell or otherwise distribute.
6.	If you answered yes to question 4, please describe the market in which you intend to sell or otherwise distribute those products or services (for example, discount stores, specialty shops, website, flea markets).
7.	If you answered yes to question 4, please describe the type of consumer you would expect to purchase or otherwise receive those products or services.
